Nick Bertke has been banned from the United States for 10 years due to not having properly navigated our overly Byzantine visa system. We demand that his ban be rescinded and he be allowed to reapply for the correct visa and enter the United States once again. It is not in the United States’ interest economically nor culturally to ban artists from entering the United States, simply because they have failed to file the correct paper work. A 10 year ban is unjustifiable for such an offense committed. We risk losing the economic and cultural benefits that international artists, like Pogo, bring by visiting the United States. This is an embarrassment. Remove Pogo’s entry ban immediately!

The reason why I speak my mind, and the reason why I get aggressive is because I believe that when negative energy is directed towards you, you need to get rid of it as soon as possible. And most importantly, you need to redirect back from where it came. In my opinion choosing the higher road and ignoring it is bullshit. Why? Because what ends up happening is that you bottle that negativity inside of you. You carry it. It burdens you. It doesnt just disappear.
